2020 Tattoo Donation

People who buy new toys valued at $20 before tax or higher, then receive a tattoo valued at $60 or less for free. However, if the tattoo is valued at $100 or more, then an $80 discount will be applied. A set-up fee of $20 permits to every session. Only 1 deposit can be used per session.
